Terms of Service

Last updated 19 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Froga. They're written to be readable — if something here is unclear, ask us rather than guessing.

Draft — not yet in force. This document has not been through a legal review and may be incomplete. It is published early so it can be read and corrected; it does not yet bind anyone. Set LEGAL_DRAFT = false once reviewed.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Froga you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Froga is operated by Turhan Ergene.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Froga. Keep your login credentials to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account; don't create accounts to evade limits or a suspension.

Froga is in active development. Features, limits and pricing may change, and we may add or remove functionality as the product evolves.

Content you create

You own what you make. The rooms, questions, learning paths and images you create remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

To actually run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content — and, where you set a room to Public, to show it to other users and include it in listings such as Explore, search results and learning paths. This licence exists so we can operate Froga; it ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for what you upload. Don't post content you don't have the rights to — copying someone else's exam bank or course material into a room is the most likely way to get this wrong.

Copies and adaptations

Froga lets one user make their own copy of another user's room and edit it — a teacher adapting an existing test for their class, for example. Setting a room to Public, or sharing an Unlisted link, grants other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to make such copies and to modify them for their own use on Froga.

You keep ownership of your original, and whoever copies it owns the changes they make. Froga records where a copy came from and displays the original room and creator on it. A copy is content like any other under these terms: the person who made it is responsible for what they publish in it, including any changes to your questions or answers.

You can turn copying off for a room in its settings. That removes the button — it cannot stop somebody reproducing the material by hand, and you should treat anything you publish accordingly.

Acceptable use

Don't use Froga to:

  • Post illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, or content that targets or endangers others.
  • Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Spam, post deliberately misleading answers, or manipulate ratings, streaks, scores or rankings.
  • Probe, scrape, overload or attempt to circumvent the security, rate limits or access controls of the service.
  • Impersonate anyone, including Froga staff or moderators.

Attempting to forge your own results — submitting scores or activity you didn't earn — is a breach of these terms as well as something the platform is built to prevent.

Moderation

Users can report rooms. Our moderators and staff may hide or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, where these terms are broken. Moderator actions are reversible; permanent deletion is limited to staff, and every action is logged internally.

If we suspend your account we'll tell you the reason. If you think we got it wrong, contact [email protected].

Premium

Froga is free to use within published limits. A premium plan raises those limits and unlocks the AI-assisted features described below. There is currently no paid checkout — premium is granted manually during the beta and nothing is charged. When paid subscriptions launch, we will publish the price, billing terms, renewal and cancellation rules, and applicable taxes before you are asked to pay anything.

If a premium subscription later lapses, rooms and paths you already created stay online and playable; you simply can't create new ones beyond the free limit until you are back under it. We don't delete or hide your content because a subscription ended.

AI-assisted generation

Where your plan includes it, you can have questions drafted automatically from a topic or source text you provide. It is optional, and it is a drafting aid rather than a source of truth.

  • You review before anything is saved. Drafts are shown to you and are only added to a room when you choose to add them. That review is your responsibility, not a formality — AI output can be confidently wrong, and a question that grades a correct answer as incorrect is your room's problem once you publish it.
  • What you submit leaves our systems. It is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. Don't submit anything confidential, anything you don't hold the rights to, or anyone else's personal data. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is sent and to whom.
  • We make no promises about the output. We don't warrant that generated questions are accurate, original, or free of third-party rights, and we can't guarantee two people won't receive similar output from similar prompts. Copyright in AI-generated text is unsettled in most jurisdictions; you should not assume you hold enforceable rights in it.
  • Usage is capped per account, the feature may change or be withdrawn, and we may change the underlying provider. AI has a real per-use cost, so limits here are firmer than elsewhere in the product.

Once you add a generated draft to a room it is your content, and everything above about content you create applies to it — including that you are responsible for it.

Availability and warranties

Froga is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted availability, that content on the platform is accurate, or that your data will never be lost — this is beta software, so keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. Rooms are created by users; a room being on Froga is not an endorsement of its accuracy, and Froga is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of Froga. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending your use

You can stop using Froga and delete your account at any time from profile settings. Note that deletion also removes the rooms and paths you created — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. For material changes we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use Froga after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Questions: [email protected].
